Benefits for Our Pediatric Occupational Therapist
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $93,500–$110,000, based on experience

- Certification and/or Registration: Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child
- Develop and implement home programs as needed, incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies
- Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program
- Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present training sessions
- Moderate physical activity, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs
- Regular standing and walking throughout the workday
- Occasional lifting of supplies or equipment
- Periodic reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and fine motor tasks requiring manual dexterity and mobility
