What You’ll Do:
- Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify prospects and analyze their funding needs
- Present offers and close deals with business owners
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up cadence
- Collaborate with underwriting and support to ensure fast funding
- Work in a high-paced, performance-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years in MCA sales, business financing, or similar B2B sales
- Strong communication skills — both on the phone and via text/email
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
- Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., CRMs, funding portals, soft credit pulls)
- Ability to multitask and manage a large lead pipeline
