Make an Impact

As a Project Manager II, you are responsible for overall team leadership as well as effective client collaboration. You are specifically accountable for executing each project's schedule, budget, quality and monitoring the team’s financial performance. You are an independent, driven, and proven leader of various multi-disciplinary AE projects.

Deliver Results
  • Provide effective team leadership and communication.
  • Initiate project start-up (project number, budget, schedule, team meetings, etc.)
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare project history information and close projects.
  • Coordinate cross-discipline quality coordination and assurance.
  • Assist in creating proposals and attend interviews.
  • Collaborate with Practice Leader with early involvement in proposals and contract negotiations to establish scope of work, schedule, and budget.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an area of expertise (architecture or engineering preferred.)
  • 5 years of AE project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • CSI-CDT certification highly preferred (training provided by Progressive Companies for certification within a year).
  • Professional registration in your field.
  • Certification through PSMJ/PMI.
  • Experience in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and Project Planning.
