What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position at Progressive Finishes, Inc?
We are seeking a motivated individual for this entry level position, as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Warehouse experience is preferred. This individual must have knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations and can also verify received and shipped BOL'S. Must be computer literate, dealing with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook etc....Must pay close attention to details and possess organizational skills. Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. You must be able to keep files of goods, shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers, as well as scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock. Receiving, stocking, stacking and inventory are a must. This individual must be able to work independently and within a team and be able to identify and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies, good customer service skills are required. Bilingual is needed but not necessary. The work schedule is 8-4:30 pm or 5pm, Monday -Friday. Pay range from $14.00 -$16.00 depending on experience.
