What You’ll Do
- Inspecting workmanship, materials, labor, and safety compliance
- Keeping detailed logs and records of daily activities and defects
- Reviewing environmental controls and project documentation
- Drafting estimates, contract modifications, and on-site correspondence
- Analyzing schedules and preparing progress reports
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience working with contractors, agencies, and the public
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management systems
- Familiarity with MUTCD, AASHTO, ADA standards, and construction specs
- Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active on-site
- Valid driver's license
