What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Director (Medicaid CPS Program) position at Project Home?
Job Summary
Provide administrative coordination and trauma-informed clinical oversight for all aspects of Project HOME's Medicaid billable CPS (Certified Peer Specialist) program. They will manage a team of CPS staff who provide billable and trauma-informed services to individuals enrolled in the program. They will provide weekly supervision to the CPS supervisors as the team expands. Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of all program aspects ensuring regulatory standards and licensing requirements are met. Coordinate with internal and external partners to manage service delivery, referrals, documentation standards, billing, and CQI. This position is expected to work closely with individuals that are currently experiencing homelessness in the Kensington area of Philadelphia.
