Your Role

The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports operational excellence and employee growth. This role leads the creation of curriculum, manages digital learning platforms, and leverages AI technologies to deliver scalable, engaging, and effective training experiences. The Training manager reports to the VP of Operations and collaborates cross-functionally with Human Resources and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements, while fostering a Culture of Apprenticeship, Continuous Learning, and Professional Development.

What You'll Do:

Learning Strategy & Curriculum Development

  • Design and deliver a curriculum focused on the fundamentals of project management and operational onboarding
  • Develop future training programs such as leadership, communication, delegation, and other soft skills to support employee growth and succession planning
  • Maintain and evolve a subject matter expertise (SME) database to align internal knowledge with training and project needs
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve training delivery and learner engagement

Technology & Content Innovation

  • Develop and manage a library of AI-generated short-form training videos to support just-in-time learning
  • Maintain and enhance an AI agent training bot to support employee self-service and knowledge reinforcement
  • Manage the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), UKG, ensuring content accuracy, user accessibility, and system optimization
  • Run and analyze training compliance reports to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards

Onboarding & Operational Enablement

  • Lead and continuously improve Operations onboarding for new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational culture, tools, and expectations
  • Collaborate with department leaders to tailor onboarding and training content to evolving business needs

People & Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Managing Directors, and SMEs to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Coach and support internal trainers and facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Promote a culture of learning by encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development across teams

Growth & Leadership

  • Stay current on learning technologies, instructional design trends, and AI applications in training
  • Represent the training function in cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning efforts

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development
  • Experience managing LMS platforms (preferably UKG) and developing digital learning content
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and automation in learning environments
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

The salary range for this position is $90,0,000-$120,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on location, experience, skills, relevant education, and training.
