Proman is expanding is looking for people to join our team that are looking for a career. We are looking for individuals who are looking for growth within the staffing industry or who want to start a new career as a recruiter or Onsite. We are looking for individuals who can:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all applicants, customers, and internal teammates.
- Have the ability to pay attention to the small details while staying with their overall daily duties.
- Effectively communicate the skills required and expectations of jobs to which employees are dispatched.
- Maintain effective business relationships and communications with all Proman Staffing clients.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Manage and continually assesses employee information available in the system to keep it current and accurate at all times.
- Willing to counsel, coach, and take disciplinary action with service employees when necessary.
You will be:
- Screening new candidates while evaluating job skills to ensure the highest fill rates possible and excellent customer satisfaction. Screening for skilled candidates to assist the Skilled Recruiters.
- Facilitating employee orientation training and client-specific testing.
- Establishing relationships with applicants and customers.
- As a team member, you will be assisting with several administrative duties and payroll.

- AA degree preferred. May substitute work experience in retail, customer service or human resources position.
- Must have experience in a customer service environment.
- Familiarity with or experience in an industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
- Prior staffing experience a plus.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
