Bilingual Recruiter

Proman is expanding is looking for people to join our team that are looking for a career.  We are looking for individuals who are looking for growth within the staffing industry or who want to start a new career as a recruiter or Onsite.  We are looking for individuals who can:   

• Provide excellent customer service and support to all applicants, customers, and internal teammates.
• Have the ability to pay attention to the small details while staying with their overall daily duties.
• Effectively communicate the skills required and expectations of jobs to which employees are dispatched.
• Maintain effective business relationships and communications with all Proman Staffing clients.
• Good problem resolution skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Manage and continually assesses employee information available in the system to keep it current and accurate at all times.
• Willing to counsel, coach, and take disciplinary action with service employees when necessary.

You will be:

• Screening new candidates while evaluating job skills to ensure the highest fill rates possible and excellent customer satisfaction. Screening for skilled candidates to assist the Skilled Recruiters.
• Facilitating employee orientation training and client-specific testing.
• Establishing relationships with applicants and customers.
• As a team member, you will be assisting with several administrative duties and payroll.

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills may be required.
•  Must be high school graduate.
• AA degree preferred. May substitute work experience in retail, customer service or human resources position.
• Must have experience in a customer service environment.
• Familiarity with or experience in an industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
• Prior staffing experience a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
