Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a telesales team focused on promoting the hotel’s loyalty membership programme.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales agents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a telesales or direct sales leadership role (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of loyalty or membership programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and produce actionable reports.
- Based in the UAE.
