Job Description:
Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Practice physician needed! Work 4 days per week full time schedule! Call 1:6. Due to growing need in the community! Outpatient only! Come see what Indiana has to offer! Competitive salary, sign on and relocation as well as full benefits!

Great non-for-profit hospital with over 150 beds! This hospital has comprehensive care in orthopedics, primary care, emergency medicine, oncology, women's health and heart & vascular.
