Job Description:
- You'll be a team leader for a 3-man blade repair team operating out of a 2m Man-Basket. If you test well enough in training to be a structural team-lead, you'll be working on large-format repairs primarily up-tower. Your work will be monitored at all time by a QA/QC professional, and you will be given real-time feedback (both good and bad) on your work so that you can continue to grow throughout your time with us.
Onboarding Process:
- You'll be given an interview and verbal evaluation, if you pass that,
- You'll be flown out to our training facility to conduct a thorough knowledge and skills eval. Then:
- You'll then be offered a job with a wage rate commensurate with you skills.
- Next, you'll be given training to learn our work standards which will likely be different than what you've done previously.
- Then you'll be sent to a site where you will be expected to lead your team and communicate well with the customer, your QA/QC partner, and your project manager.
- After a short probationary period, you'll be given a raise to recognize your leadership ability and newly-obtained skills.
