Role Summary
PromiseCare is looking for a Business Analyst to support the BI&A team. You’ll work under the Lead Business Analyst to help turn business needs into clear reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis. This role is well-suited for someone early in their analytics career who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Requirements & Documentation
- Help gather and document reporting and data requirements
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand needs and priorities
- Assist with defining KPIs, metrics, and business definitions
- Maintain clean documentation (requirements, metric definitions, process notes)
Reporting & Data Support
- Support building and validating reports and dashboards
- Review data outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Perform basic analysis to spot trends, issues, and opportunities
- Help translate business questions into data requests for technical teams
Collaboration
- Communicate updates, summarize findings, and support presentations
- Track reporting requests, priorities, and timelines
- Help improve team processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years in reporting, analytics, business analysis, or related experience (internship/entry-level OK)
- Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / Excel preferred
- Basic SQL/database familiarity is a plus (not required)
- Healthcare experience helpful but not required

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
