What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP Residential / Alternate Weekends position at Promising Futures, Inc.?
This is a part time position with OVERTIME built in!!
Join our team as a alternate weekend Residential Program Instructor! We have positions available at our beautiful homes in El Cajon, Lakeside and Ramona. We are dedicated to providing a safe and family-style environment for our clients while promoting their independence and individual growth. These are the amazing staff members who wake our residents up, help them get ready for their day, provide fun and meaningful activities, cook and serve healthy meals, and tuck them in at night.
The schedule is:
Every other weekend from 6:30 am or 7:00 am to 8:30 pm (12-14 hours/ all day Saturday and Sunday).
The first 8 hours are regular time and any time after is overtime. Weekend shifts are usually 16 regular hours and 10-12 overtime hours.
$19.00 to $20.00 per hour with Overtime built in!
Our ideal candidate will have a valid CA driver license, be 18 or older , and have at minimum of 1 year experience working in a residential setting with adults with developmental disabilities.
