Responsibilities
- Provides overall direction and supervision for new clinic.
- Interview, Hire and build a team of center-based BCBAs and RBTs.
- Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction
- Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
- Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as BCBA
- Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA
- Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred
- Reside in AR
Compensation
• $100,000 - $120,000 salary
