Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong handy man knowledge and pensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive individual who can take initiative in maintaining the property
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct residential painting and other aesthetic improvements to maintain the property's appearance.
- coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements handy man experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and management effectively.
