Job Details
Job Title: Solution Architect Conversational AI (Kore.ai or Equivalent)
Exp: 12 Yrs
Location: Fully Remote (Occasional Client Site Visits)
Long Term - W2 Contract !!
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in software architecture with at least 3 years in Conversational and Generative AI.
Proven expertise with Kore.ai or similar platforms such as LivePerson, Amelia, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or equivalent enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS), security standards, and scalability.
Prior experience working in MNCs/SIs delivering consulting services.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and client meetings.
