Performance Consultant / Sales Trainer


Job Details:

  • Employment Status: Permanent/ Full Time
  • Job Location: Texas
  • Starting Pay: Based on education & experience
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (Based on business needs)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of Training classes and seminars
  • Track participant training progress
  • Property and Casualty licensing material proficient
  • Organize logistics of training, licensing and travel for new hire candidates
  • Develop training material
  • Fulfill reports on a daily basis.
  • Script and facilitate video trainings
  • Coordination with District Manager to address areas of opportunity
  • Facilitate licensing material, conducting trainings & scheduling exams
  • Attend meetings and other duties as assigned
  • Facilitating special trainings for seasonal and other needs
  • Coordinate printing/binding of training materials
  • Effectively communicate with Training Supervisor, Sales Agency Managers, District Managers, Recruiting department.
  • Weekly status of new hire trainees, training classes conducted & training matrix update
  • Maintain calendar of upcoming trainings
  • Ease the on-boarding process, increasing morale potentially in multi channels across sales.
  • Verify & track training completion, including licensing modules, assuring compliance
  • Increasing Sales for Agencies through better training
  • Completion of vital record-keeping data
  • Help with recruiting activities for new markets, as needed
  • Travel as needed to training locations



Education & Experience:

  • 1 years of auto insurance experience
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Limited Lines licensed
  • General computer skills, proficient on Google docs, slides and spreadsheet creation
  • Property & Casualty licensed (preferred)
  • Office Management experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education (Preferred)

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • General computer skills, proficient on Google docs, slides and spreadsheet creation.
  • Travel as needed to training locations.
Preferred:
  • Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish highly desirable.
  • Advanced education in training and development preferred.
  • Previous/Current experience in non-standard auto claims handling.
  • Previous Insurance experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education.
  • Property & Casualty licensed (preferred).
