Canopy Airport Parking is currently hiring Airport Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.
What we're looking for : *
- Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
- Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
- Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
- Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
- Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
- Conducts pre / post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
- Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
- Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
- Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must haves :
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
- You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
- You have the ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Good to haves :
- Customer service : 1 year
- Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle : 1 year
