Enterprise BDR – ConTech SaaS | Chicago (Hybrid)
$50k - $65k base OTE
We're working with a high-growth SaaS company in the ConTech space, hiring an Enterprise BDR to support their US expansion. You'll be the first point of contact for large enterprise prospects, helping drive pipeline and growth across North America.
The role:
• Research target accounts and key personas
• Execute multi-channel outreach (email, cold calls, LinkedIn)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Work closely with AEs to support enterprise sales cycles
• Hit monthly KPIs and revenue targets
About you:
• 1 year in a B2B SaaS SDR/BDR role
• Strong communicator, confident on the phone and in writing
• Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset
• Experience in enterprise sales or ConTech a plus
• Salesforce exposure a bonus
• Based in Chicago
