What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Property Management Inc, PMI NWI?
As a Leasing Agent with PMI NWI you will play a pivotal role in the leasing process, from ensuring properties are rent-ready to conducting move-in evaluations. Your responsibilities include property walk-throughs, marketing coordination, lead follow-ups, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the leasing department.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
- Property Preparation - Making sure property is ready for marketing & move in.
- Lead Management - Following up on leads for potential renters & reviewing weekly reports for showing feedback. Adjusting strategies as needed.
- Financial Transactions - Handling the collection of 1st month rent payments and security deposits.
- Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.
- Marketing & Listing Coordination - Working with marketing department to list property for rent. Install self-show boxes and signs on listings.
- Move-in Coordination - Coordinate with application team for scheduling move-ins & conducting move in evaluations.
**** Real Estate license and/or CAM certification is a plus!
