PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director to join our team in the Hershey market. This position will allow you to utilize your leadership, customer service, and multi-tasking skills to the fullest. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operations of the 804-unit community.
- Manage and lead a large team in a high-volume busy community.
- Rent collection and landlord filings.
- Processing and reviewing applications.
- Customer service.
- Financial Reporting.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Vendor contract management.
- Budget preparation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- PA Real Estate License is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
