Account Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
The Account Manager acts as a liaison between the Project Manager and the Client in order to ensure client satisfaction. They act as the main point of contact for our clients and essentially serve as the face of our company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be motivated and energetic with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Good work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and effectively handle heavy customer service responsibilities are a must.
- Ability to function in fast paced deadline driven environment. Willing to work extended hours at times. Proactive team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Must be able to use good judgment and exhibit superior customer service when interacting with the client.
- Background check and drug test are required
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Build and Maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Operate as the lead point of contact for Clients and Project Managers
- Manage bid requests, create sales orders and update CRM daily with estimate requests, job approvals and invoicing.
- Maintain expert knowledge on company systems, portals and processes.
- Identify industry trends and maintain updated info on products and services.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
College graduate with minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred. Residential construction experience, ideally remodeling or renovation management work is a plus. We will train the right candidate.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point) ability to learn new software and applications quickly.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills required. Ability to effectively present information as needed to associates, field personnel, and management.
LICENSES: Must have a valid driver's license.
