We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Client Account Representative** to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, resolving client concerns, and supporting the overall account management process.

**Responsibilities**

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
• Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and care
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth or improvement
• Prepare regular updates and performance reports for clients
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement account strategies

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
