We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team at Property Soar. This role will be responsible for overseeing internal and external communications, managing brand messaging, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
As a Communications Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our company's public image while engaging with stakeholders and supporting various teams.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote Property Soar’s brand and initiatives.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and manage communication campaigns for key projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Respond to media inquiries and build relationships with key media contacts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor communication strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Organize and manage internal communication tools and platforms.
- Support event planning and communications as needed.
- Ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall company goals and values.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of crisis communication strategies is a plus
