Job Description
Pneumatic/electronic company located on the NE side of Indianapolis is looking for a Calibration Technician to perform build up, assembly and testing of electronic valve controllers, components and finished products in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
· Perform assemblies using hand tools, electronic tools and soldering iron
· Check components prior to assembly suitability of use
· Perform manual and electronic record keeping and information retrieval using SAP/MES
· Knowledge of blue prints and schematics a plus
· Ensure accurate documentation
· Install and performs daily tasks with little supervision
· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
· Work with engineers in troubleshooting any manufacturing issues
· Perform calibration procedures per customer specifications
· Utilize diagnostic and data collection tools to capture, interpret and document test results
Qualifications
· Knowledge of common electronics
· Experience with hands on testing, troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem solving
· Required use of multi-meters, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other tools for electronics
