- Social Media Strategy: Build and execute a performance-driven social media plan, ensuring brand presence drives conversions.
- Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Content Creation & Design Lead to craft assets that convert.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track every dollar and click — prove what’s working, kill what’s not.
- Proven success in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Deep experience running paid social, search, and programmatic campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, A/B testing, and CRO.
