Job Description
This position requires someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Diesel Truck repair industry.
Responsibilities :
- You will provide support to technicians in the shop and field
- Liaison with customers and technicians regarding repairs
- Provide quotes on repairs
- Look up parts and pricing
- Handle all documentation for warranty claims
Requirements :
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Team oriented
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the Diesel Truck repair industry
Compensation :
$26 - $30 / hr. The starting wage will vary based on experience level. Benefits available after 90 days and include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K, PTO, and Paid Holidays.
Shift :
Days 10 : 00 am 7 : 00 pm Monday to Friday
Requirements
Strong Customer Service skills, Experience Submitting Warry Claims, Process invoices, writing service estimates, and knowledge of general truck repairs.
