Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them appropriately
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally,
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and customer questions
- Maintain a professional appearance of the front desk area and ensure all signage is current and accurate
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
- Strong Multitasking abilities
- Prior Salon/reception experience (preferred)
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
