Shifts:
2:00PM - 10:00PM
5:00PM - 1:00AM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Escorts of maintenance, cleaners, and building personnel on company floors.
- Welcoming visitors.
- Maintain visual of all escorts while in company space.
- Maintaining a professional appearance (business casual attire).
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Communicate with reception and the security team regarding escorts.
- Escalate security related issues to security team.
- Assist security team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a level 2 Texas security license.
Experience
- Customer Service experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Great communications skills both written and verbal.
- Great at multitasking
