DATA ENGINEER
ProService is seeking a Data Engineer who will function as a key contributor in empowering our business teams by providing robust and reliable data infrastructure. You will play a critical role in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities through the innovative and strategic use of data.
In this new role, the Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining efficient data pipelines and managing the company's Enterprise Data Warehouse. Your expertise ensures the availability of accurate data, fostering a culture where decisions are anchored in data-driven insights.
Collaborating closely with business units, the Data Engineer will be pivotal in defining and refining metrics, enhancing data retrieval processes, and aiding teams in leveraging valuable insights. Committed to data reliability and innovation, you will contribute significantly to ProService's informed decision-making and ongoing success.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- 3 years experience in data engineering
- 3 years experience with database and pipeline tools such as Matillion and Snowflake
- 2 years experience with reporting/visualization tools including Tableau, SSRS, or PowerBI.
- Understanding of the PEO market or another B2B service industry is a plus.

The base compensation for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
To ensure effective collaboration and alignment with our team's workflow, we have a preference for candidates who are based in or willing to work within the HST timezone. While this is not a strict requirement, priority will be given to candidates who can accommodate this aspect of the role. We believe in flexibility and are committed to considering all talented applicants, evaluating them based on skill, competency, and cultural fit, rather than solely on geographic location.
For candidates based on Oahu, we support a hybrid working environment requiring 3 days/week in the office in Hawaii Kai. Our normal business hours are 8am - 5pm HST.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
