ProSource Industries specializes in the manufacturing of precision components for Wire Harnesses, Cable Assemblies and Electrical Control Panels for OEM'S. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a leader in the industry.

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform inspections and quality control checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified requirements and standards.

· Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections.

· Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities.

· Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, including non-conforming materials or products, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.

· Participate in quality audits and assist in the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding quality issues and improvement opportunities.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality policies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies.

· Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspections.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording inspection results.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Additional technical training or certification is preferred.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
