Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Regional Manager - Leadership Opportunity

Salary $65k-$80k with 1st year potential of $110k

ProSource Wholesale, a national leader in wholesale flooring and kitchen & bath solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Kitchen & Bath Manager to lead and grow our K&B business across multiple showrooms. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership abilities, a passion for sales and design, and a proven track record of growing sales teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on design expertise, and collaborative sales development, with a strong focus on traveling to showrooms to support and strengthen team performance. This position will be based out of Largo, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to showroom K&B designers and sales teams across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of service and design excellence.
• Travel regularly to support teams in-person, provide coaching, and evaluate showroom opportunities and needs.
• Collaborate with showroom managers to grow K&B revenue, establish sales goals, and track performance metrics.
• Guide the design and sales process from consultation to close, assisting with layouts, product selection, ordering, and final delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Professionals to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of multiple cabinet lines and all K&B product offerings, including plumbing fixtures.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new K&B designers across the region.
• Develop and manage a qualified list of K&B installation contractors and ensure alignment with delivery and install timelines.
• Monitor project performance, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance across locations.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen & bath design and sales.
• Experience in a team leadership, showroom management or multi-unit management highly preferred.
• Expertise in 20/20 design software; submission of portfolio required.
• Deep knowledge of K&B products, trends, and client experience expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to showrooms across the region.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• NKBA Certification or similar industry credentials.
• Experience with training, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team.
