The Role
Our Phoenix office is in need of an Assistant Manager for Loan Verification. This individual will monitor the daily operations of a loan verification team to ensure performance and quality metrics are met.
Problems You Will Solve
- Provide management support in assigned functional area
- Walk the floor and engage with team
- Responsible for supervision of Loan Verification Agents and Verification Active Answer (VAA) agents to assure productivity, quality, and timeliness of work in the completion of assigned loans and departmental goals
- Assist with and / or conduct coaching and training to keep team updated on changes that may occur in information or procedures
- Manage performance and development conversations with specialists
- Interpret production reports and manage all resources that support loan verification operations
- Drive change management for ongoing policy and procedure improvements
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and implement employee engagement focused initiatives and team engagement
- Review and remediate customer complaint drivers and NPS items across operations
- All other supporting actions required due to business needs while being able to adapt to frequent changes

What We Offer
Compensation details : The salary for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
