Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Admissions to lead and enhance the admissions operations across our multi-unit behavioral health organization. The ideal candidate will have several years of leadership experience in a Director or VP-level admissions role within the behavioral health field, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing high-performing teams.
This role requires deep expertise in developing and refining call center environments, including implementing efficient workflows, tracking KPIs, and driving performance improvement. The candidate must also have strong working knowledge of both out-of-network and in-network insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the admissions department across all facilities
- Develop and optimize call center operations to ensure responsive and compassionate admissions services
- Train, mentor, and develop admissions representatives and leadership staff
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure departmental goals are met
- Improve and streamline processes to enhance client experience and conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and insurance-related requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in a Director or VP - level admissions role in behavioral health
- Demonstrated experience leading a call center or centralized admissions department
- Deep understanding of both in-network and out-of-network insurance workflows
- Strong leadership, training, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
