What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Parts Store Manager position at ProStock Automotive Warehouse?
Description
ProStock Automotive Warehouse is leading distributor of auto parts in northern New Jersey. We have 30 years of experience and have grown every year since our inception. We are currently looking for Store Mangers to help us continue our strategy of growth.
Ideal candidate should have;
- 3-5 years of management experience in aftermarket auto parts sales.
- Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Comfortable utilizing up-sell techniques.
- Strong cash handling skills, including the use of POS systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated consistency, accuracy and follow-through.
- Extensive product knowledge or the ability to obtain product knowledge.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license that meets the criteria under company policy.

Requirements
Must be able to lift 60lb. cartons and willing to be on your feel most of the day. Overtime is required. Our locations are very busy all day long.
