If so, you may be a great fit! You will be responsible for day-to-day management and execution of marketing tactics to drive product strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will support product initiatives across a variety of channels including bbw.com, mobile web, mobile app, email, online advertising, SMS, video/YouTube, print collateral and in-store digital callouts as well as emerging platforms and partnerships supporting product strategies. Expected to partner with cross-functional teams (Stores, Direct, Customer Service, Visual, Creative, Copy, Merchants, Legal, etc.), as well as external partner agencies.

Must oversee multiple project plans and deadlines to ensure all marketing initiatives launch in accordance to marketing calendar. All projects will support marketing efforts in conjunction with the retail space, customer lifestyle, product assortment and branding efforts. This position blends activities supporting traditional, digital, mobile and social media outlets. Primary Responsibilities: Support Digital Marketing Manager on building strategies for and executing special projects across all digital channels. Maintain project checklists with upcoming deliverables for the creative and marketing teams. Daily coordination and interaction with the copy and creative teams to initiate and execute campaign deliverables.

Partner with internal cross-functional and channel partners, in addition to external digital agencies to manage deadlines, budgets and asset delivery. Work with the online advertising agency to organize creative specifications for the design team, manage development of all campaign creative deliverables, maintain timelines and launch dates, send out launch notifications and communicate performance internally. Work with the copy team and Digital Marketing Manager on content creation and manage launching content across the appropriate digital channel. Manage timelines for video creation and attaining appropriate music rights.

Upload videos to YouTube and pass off to online advertising agency as needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams to pull photography, product name and pricing requests, Support Digital Marketing Manager in preparing creative reviews for leadership and creative routing to internal partners. Stay up to date on competitive activity in the digital and in-store landscape. Help the marketing team with patterning exercises and presentations.

A successful candidate for this role must understand the fun and optimistic attributes of the brand and the customers' always-changing perspective on trends and technology. He or she should be willing to move quickly and react to shifts in strategy, and to continue to explore new opportunities that reach the customer in an innovative fashion.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field ⬢ 2 years of digital marketing or social media management experience. Must have an innate curiosity for new technology and a love for what's new and what's hot. Passion for retail and fashion and interest in pop culture, music and entertainment industry. Entry level.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
