Practice Highlights
- Hospital-based with 10 operating rooms
- Average 25 surgical cases per day (80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic)
- Care-team model : 11 anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs, typically 1:2 or 1:3 supervision ratio
- Flexible scheduling: 5x8s, 4x10s, 3x12s NO CALL
- 40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests time off
- Full-time preferred; part-time and weekends-only also considered
- GI strongly preferred (Mon Thurs schedule available)
- Pediatrics not required, but preferred (must note interest at name clear)
- Satellite locations located across the street from main facility
- OR Equipment: GE Carestation 650s
- EMR: Epic
- NBCRNA Certified REQUIRED (no new grads accepted)
- Active Colorado License REQUIRED
- Active BLS REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and background REQUIRED
- COVID vaccination REQUIRED
- Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing (April/May 2025)
- Credentialing: Emergency credentialing/privileging available fast turnaround depending on candidate history
- Orientation (must have privileges before starting):
- Monday: Tour & badge
- Tuesday: Epic training
- Wed Fri: Shadowing
- Holiday coverage not required ; flexible 12-hour shift coverage available
- Holiday pay at applicable rates
