Key Responsibilities
- Participation in system, regional, and facility-level pharmacy committees
- Support for formulary management and medication therapy standardization
- Advancement of clinical pharmacy operations and multidisciplinary care involvement
- Regulatory compliance and operational workflow oversight
- Staff scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing education coordination
- Implementation of new pharmacy technologies and process improvements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Oregon Pharmacist License (or eligibility upon hire)
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant pharmacy experience
- Supervisor or in-charge experience in a hospital setting
