Location: Goodyear / Surprise / Gila Bend / West Phoenix, AZ

Shift: Full-time On-site & Float positions available

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to adult (Adult NP) and family (Family NP) populations
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Promote preventive care and overall patient wellness
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
  • Maintain compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies

Requirements

  • Masters of Nursing in Family, Adult or Women's Health
  • Active FNP, AGNP or WHNP license in Arizona
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Active DEA Certification
