Pediatrician (MD/DO) - Physician

Location: Toms River, NJ (Part-Time)

Employment Type: Part-Time (Minimum 24 hours/week)

Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 annually (based on schedule and workload)

Position Overview

A well-established, multi-location outpatient pediatric practice is seeking an experienced Pediatrician (MD/DO) to join the team in a part-time capacity. This role offers a supportive clinical environment with no hospital rounding responsibilities and strong administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Conduct wellness visits, immunizations, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation using pediatric EMR
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  
  

Schedule

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Part-Time Requirement: 1 weekend day per month
• Call: 2 weeks every 8-9 months

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Active New Jersey medical license
• DEA and CDS certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum 1-2 years of pediatric experience
• New graduates not eligible
