Job Summary:
We are seeking a Staff Physician to provide medical services on a per diem basis in our office in Grenada, MS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine. The physician will be responsible for conducting exams, performing physical assessments, and evaluating conditions such as musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct exams and perform physical assessments
- Evaluate conditions such as musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease
- Perform METs testing and diagnose respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
- Use a Goniometer to assess range of motion and muscle strength
- Complete DMA training and certification (CME credits available)
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Licensure in the US
- Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedic surgery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
