- Oversee and review patient treatment to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review precertification requests and clinical information for medical necessity.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to management.
- Active Florida RN License required.
- Minimum 2 years in Utilization Management.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Certification in Utilization or Case Management preferred.
- Competitive salary: $65,000-$70,000/year, plus paid overtime for on-call or extra hours.
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite training for 60 days, then remote.

- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. On-call is rare but paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
