PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for a* Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) *who specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT) to join our team! In this role you will be a member of the Mobility and Communications (outpatient speech and occupational therapy clinic) team and are responsible for school coaching support services and clinical services with clients that use AAC/AT. This position reports to the Speech and Contract Services Manager and largely serves clients via telehealth, in-person in North Seattle, and on-site in school districts across King and Pierce counties.

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Washington State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- At least three years of experience in AAC and with school aged clients.
- Self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Ability to innovate.
- Passion for inclusion and for working with individuals with severe impairments.
- Friendly, caring professional attitude.
- Ability to communicate with individuals with varying communication and mobility abilities.
- Desire to be an expert in the field of AAC/Assistive Technology.
- Ability to learn new skills, adapt to new situations, and maintain flexibility in a continuously evolving environment.
- Reliable transportation, as some treatment is offsite in various community settings and school districts.
