Job Title: Sr Food Safety and Quality Manager
Lead a food safety and quality assurance initiatives across all company operations, upholding our commitment to producing safe, high-quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate FSQA policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) schemes, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and HARPC.
- Lead the design and execution of strategic quality initiatives to enhance product consistency, safety, and compliance.
- Manage the supplier approval and verification program, including conducting supplier audits and assessments to ensure raw material quality and safety.
- Ensure robust compliance with all applicable food safety regulations from the FDA, USDA, and state and local health agencies.
- Oversee and direct all internal, third-party, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections across multiple facilities.
- Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program, ensuring timely and effective resolution of non-conformances identified during audits, inspections, or internal monitoring.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track FSQA performance across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality standards into all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Act as the key point of contact for resolving complex food safety and quality issues, including customer complaints and product recalls or withdrawals.
