SUPERVISOR: Administrator of Facility

SUMMARY: The floor nurse position may be filled by a LPN or RN. This position helps coordinate the service plans and medication management to meet the needs of the residents and promote wellness. A great portion of his/her time will be devoted to the personal support management of which assistance with medications is a chief responsibility.

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing and holds a current Arkansas license as a Licensed Practical Nurse and must be in good standing with the Office of Long Term Care.
