Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual highly valued.

Education – Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Primary care specialist. Must have or be eligible for M.D. or D.O. license in Rhode Island.
