Providence of Sparta Healthcare and Rehab expects their employees to promote an atmosphere of teamwork with other employees and hospitality and comforts for its residents. Therefore, the following list of duties is not all-inclusive.
General Purpose: This individual must possess a professional demeanor and a commitment to provide the ultimate guest experience. You must love interacting with others and providing exceptional service for our residents and love making them look beautiful and handsome! We are passionate about quality resident care. Experience in a nursing home setting is a plus, but not necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Beautician in the state of Georgia
- Proven experience as a beautician
- Experience working with long term care residents, preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Maintains and submits records to Business Office Manager for approval
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass background check
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including hair wash, set, cut, style, and occasional color.
- Nail Care
- Create and maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Works with residents, families, members of the healthcare team and other employees in a pleasant, respectful, cooperative manner.
- Suggesting guidelines on personal skincare regimens.
- Making appointments and documenting treatments.
- Attend in-service programs as required by facility and State/Federal guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
