What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Manager position at Providence Staffing LLC?
Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a Tax Manager- High-Net-Worth Individuals & Family Groups in Austin or Round Rock, TX. This role is eligible for remote for the right candidate. In this role, you will lead client tax engagements from start to finish, utilizing your prior technical experience to help clients navigate their tax compliance requirements as well as leading the consulting and planning process. You will be also responsible for managing the client’s tax deadlines, filing requirements, and analyzing billing/ collections related to client engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm).
- Experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and family groups including personal, estate/gift & trust tax returns.
- CPA certification.
- Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technology, project management and presentation skills
- Master’s degree in taxation preferred
Compensation:
The salary for this position starts at $90,000 per year plus bonuses.
