Providence Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Senior Associate to join our client's team in the Greater Austin, TX area. In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of both buy-side and sell-side deal teams, leveraging your Microsoft Excel expertise to analyze financial data of target companies and effectively communicate your findings. You will also lead discussions with key executives and decision-makers, identifying potential issues critical to our clients' investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze target company financial data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Assist in preparing and presenting Quality of Earnings reports.
- Lead discussions with key executives and decision-makers.
- Identify and communicate potential issues relevant to clients' investment decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience (preferably with Big 4, national, regional, or large local firms), ideally in Quality of Earnings transaction advisory.
- Proven experience in writing Quality of Earnings reports.
- CPA or CFA certification.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated team player with a strong aptitude for project management.
- Experience with middle market, technology, and/or software targets is preferred.
Compensation: The salary for this position starts at $85,000 per year.
