The Clerical / Administrative Assistant performs skilled receptionist and secretarial / clerical activities for ElderPlace sites.
This position is an IS Liaison for the site and a super user resource for staff for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other site-specific applications.

Required Qualifications :
Upon hire : In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position.
Fingerprinting may be required also
- 1 year Front desk medical office and / or service-oriented non-profit experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Accounts payable and cash handling experience
